Our app collects photos containing facial imagery that you voluntarily provide by taking a photo with your camera or selecting an image from your photo library.

How We Use Face Data

Face photos are used exclusively to:

  • Perform AI-powered face swap operations
  • Apply AI transformations such as age progression, artistic styles, and cartoon effects

Face Data Sharing with Third Parties

Face images are transmitted to Google's Generative AI service (Gemini API) for processing. According to Google's API Data Usage Policy, Google does not use data submitted via API for model training and does not retain input data after processing is complete.

We do not share your face data with any other third parties.

Face Data Storage and Retention

  • Source Images (Selfies): Your original photos are held temporarily in device memory during processing only. We do not permanently store your original selfie photos.
  • Generated Results: AI-generated images are saved locally on your device in the app's private storage. These remain on your device until you manually delete them from the app or uninstall the application.
  • No Server Storage: We do not operate servers that store your face data. All face data processing results are stored exclusively on your device.
  • No Indefinite Retention: Face data is not retained indefinitely. It is stored only on your device for as long as you choose to keep the generated images.

Your Control Over Face Data

You may delete any generated images at any time through the app's Creations screen. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored face data.

5. Do We Transfer Your Data?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to any third parties, except:

  • Third-party service providers necessary for the operation of our services (such as Google's Gemini API for AI processing)
  • Legal and financial advisors
  • Public institutions and authorities legally authorized to request personal data
